Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born on August 4, 1981, is an American actor. She is most famous for her performances in the films The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. The actress is currently starring as Amantha Holden on her role on the Sundance Channel Drama series Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked on television and film. She became popular with her roles in the drama series Rectify and the sci-fi series Timeless. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her debut as an actor in All My Children. Her role in the soap show All My Children earned her an award from the soap Opera Digest for the best female Newcomer. The majority of her roles were guest characters in a variety of TV shows over the following few years. The character she played was Dr. Erin Jameson on the TV series Hawthorne earned her praise. Gradually, with her stunning looks and impressive acting skills she managed to grow a huge fan of her. Her first film appearance was around twenty, when she appeared the role of a girl in Campfire Stones. She has also appeared as a character in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and other films. For her part in Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. Her most recent appearance on TV has been in the leading character of the history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi television series Timeless. Spencer is receiving positive feedback from critics regarding her character in the sci-fi show Timeless. Spencer was also nominated for an award called the Teen Choice Award.
